Oh My Cream is coming soon to two exciting new locations in London :
Position : 2Store Managers (Permanent Contract, 39 hours/week, with 2 days off)
Redchurch Street (Shoreditch) – with facial room treatment (c andidates must hold a beauty qualification)
Northcote Road (Clapham)
Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.
️ The official opening dates are still being finalised, but don’t worry, training will start from July in our established London stores in Chelsea, Notting Hill and Marylebone , so you’re fully ready when the doors open.

• Monthly commission based on turnover achieved

Your missions :
• Develop the store’s performance through effective cash management and monitoring key performance indicators: sales, average basket size, conversion rate, collective goals, etc.
• Drive sales while maintaining impeccable customer service and store image
• Manage your team in line with Oh My Cream’s values
• Oversee store operations (HR, stock, etc.) and ensure high-quality standards in terms of image (product presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness)
• Ensure compliance with processes
• Lead by example with the completion of these tasks:
• Personalized customer welcome
• Sales advice and customer loyalty
• Skin consultations
• Leading masterclasses and in-store events
• Performing expert and customized facial treatments with Dermalogica, Tata Harper, and Oh My Cream Skincare.
• Preparing treatment rooms : setting up beds, cleaning/disinfecting between treatments
• Receiving and organizing restocks (2 deliveries per week)
• Regular store inventory management
• Ordering supplies (office materials, beauty consumables)
• Store maintenance
Desired profile :
• Love the world of beauty , especially clean beauty ? That’s already a (huge) plus !
• Enjoy hands-on work and have a passion for the beauty industry ?
• We’re looking for more than just a typical profile—we want a true personality who’s versatile, proactive , and loves challenges
• Previous retail management experience is a must !
•A beauty diploma is a + !
• You are meticulous, organized, dynamic , and always wear a smile.
