We're opening our brand new boutique in King's Cross and are currently building our team from scratch, a real opportunity to join the adventure from day one.

- Full-time Permanent Contract (39 hours/week) - 2 days off
- Working Hours
Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm.
Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

- Your missions
- Develop the store's performance through effective cash management and monitoring key performance indicators: sales, average basket size, conversion rate, collective goals, etc.
- Drive sales while maintaining impeccable customer service and store image
- Manage your team in line with Oh My Cream's values
- Oversee store operations (HR, stock, etc.) and ensure high-quality standards in terms of image (product presentation, merchandising, and cleanliness)
- Ensure compliance with processes
• Lead by example with the completion of these tasks
- Personalized customer welcome
- Sales advice and customer loyalty
- Skin consultations
- Leading masterclasses and in-store events
- Performing expert and customized facial treatments with Dermalogica, Tata Harper, and Oh My Cream Skincare.
- Preparing treatment rooms : setting up beds, cleaning/disinfecting between treatments
- Receiving and organizing restocks (2 deliveries per week)
- Regular store inventory management
- Ordering supplies (office materials, beauty consumables)
