Position: Retail and Skincare Expert - Facialist
Offer: Part‑time positions available (32 hours/week minimum)
Location: 194 King's Road SW3 5XP London
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pm, and Sunday from 11am to 6pm. Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

- Provide a range of luxury facials (only if the candidate holds at least the LVL 2 Beauty diploma)
- Oh My Cream Skincare – Plumping Facial: A complete treatment incorporating facialist techniques, ideal for illuminating, plumping, and smoothing the skin.
- Dermalogica Proskin: A 100% personalised face care made with ultra‑concentrated professional products to solve all your skin problems.
- Tata Harper: A 100% organic cabin experience. Aromatic and ultra‑sensory, Tata Harper treatments replenish and erase the signs of age as well as signs of fatigue.
- Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service.
- Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Lead masterclasses and in‑store events, creating engaging customer experiences.
- Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well‑stocked.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages.
- Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage logistics for UK orders from our e‑shop, including shipments and returns.
