We're opening our brand new boutique in King's Cross and are currently building our team from scratch, a real opportunity to join the adventure from day one.
Position: Retail and Skincare Expert
Location: King's Cross Station, London
Contract: Full-time Permanent Contract (39 hours/week) - 2 days off
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, and Sunday from noon to 6pm. Weekend work is mandatory, with Sundays scheduled on a rotational basis within the team.

Your missions:
- Personalized customer reception to offer tailored services and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Expert advice on the Oh My Cream range of products: Sales advice and development of customer loyalty through attentive and personalized service
- Perform skin diagnosis to better understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Lead masterclasses and in-store events, creating engaging customer experiences
- Receive and store restocks (2 deliveries per week) to ensure the store is always well-stocked
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain product availability and avoid stock shortages
- Order supplies (office materials, beauty consumables) to ensure smooth daily operations

- No beauty qualification is a plus, we welcome profiles without a diploma provided you have solid knowledge of the beauty sector and genuine retail experience in store
