About the Role
OH Medical is recruiting on behalf of a leading Occupational Health provider for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor. This home-based role involves remote case management with occasional local travel to conduct face-to-face clinics across a variety of client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a full Occupational Health service, including health surveillance, pre-employment screening, fitness for work assessments, workplace assessments, and case management.
- Advise employees on physical and mental health issues and maintain high clinical standards.
- Conduct remote case management and local face-to-face occupational health clinics.
- Undertake health surveillance and fitness for work assessments.
- Complete pre-employment medical screening.
- Identify and report potential workplace health risks.
- Travel locally to client sites as required.
Who We're Looking For
- Registered General Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration.
- Experience as an Occupational Health Advisor.
- Occupational Health Nursing qualification desirable but not essential.
- HAVS knowledge desirable but not essential.
- Ability to travel to local client sites weekly.
