An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join a growing in‑house Occupational Health team supporting a large public sector workforce. Working within a supportive team environment, you will provide evidence‑based occupational health advice, undertake fitness for work assessments, manage case referrals, deliver health surveillance, vaccinations and support wider wellbeing initiatives. This role offers an excellent work‑life balance with a maximum of four cases per day, flexible working arrangements and strong career development opportunities.

Requirements:

  • RGN with active NMC registration
  • Occupational Health qualification (or final year of study)
  • Strong case management and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
