OH Medical is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a respected leading Occupational Health Provider for a Home-based Occupational Health Advisor (Remote Case Manager) to join their team in a full-time, permanent role.
The Role:
As part of a dedicated remote team of Occupational Health Advisors, you will deliver high-quality Occupational Health services to a dedicated client. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-quality telephone-based case management services

  • Provide expert occupational health advice on fitness for work, attendance concerns, and other referrals

  • Write clear, evidence-based reports for managers and HR teams

  • Mentor and support junior colleagues when required

  • Help shape a positive workplace wellbeing culture across a variety of sectors


What You’ll Need:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (Dual RN/RMN qualification desirable).

  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health (desirable).

  • Strong case management and written communication skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

  • Sound knowledge of OH practices and employment legislation.

  • Proven case management experience within an OH setting

  • Strong IT and time management skills

  • Experience with ergonomic advice, teaching, or team leadership (Desirable)
