OH Medical is working in partnership with a premium domiciliary care provider to recruit a Registered Nurse in the Welwyn & Hatfield area. This is a unique opportunity to join an established service as they expand into nurse-led complex care within the community. The role will initially start on a temporary basis with low hours and has the potential to increase as the service grows.

Duties

  • Support training and competency assessments for care staff
  • Assist in preparing the service for complex care packages
  • Build relationships with local healthcare providers and stakeholders
  • Carry out clinical assessments and develop care plans (as the role expands)
  • Provide oversight and support for complex care clients
  • Contribute to clinical governance, quality, and safety standards

Criteria

  • Registered Nurse with valid NMC registration
  • Experience within community, domiciliary or complex care (desirable)
  • Strong clinical knowledge and ability to support care staff
  • Confident working independently and building relationships locally
  • Interest in developing and growing a service
