At OH Medical, we're working in partnership with a leading occupational health provider to recruit an experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist for a fantastic on-site role in Portsmouth. The Role
Working on-site across two Portsmouth-based locations, youāll play a key role in supporting employees with MSK conditions and helping deliver an outstanding occupational health service. Key responsibilities include:
- Clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and disorders
- Determining work-relatedness of MSK conditions
- Producing clear fitness-for-work and adjustment reports for management
- Leading on-site exercise and rehabilitation classes
- Conducting DSE and ergonomic assessments, with practical recommendations
- Identifying workplace hazards and contributing to risk reduction
- Working closely with the wider OH and SHE teams
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to service reporting
- Supporting health promotion initiatives and wellbeing events
What Weāre Looking For
Essential:
- HCPC registered Physiotherapist
- Minimum 4 years' post-graduate experience, with at least 2 years in MSK practice
- Confident working independently in an on-site environment
- Strong IT skills and accurate clinical record keeping
- Knowledge of workplace ergonomics and fitness-for-work assessments
- Excellent communication and relationshipābuilding skills
- Organised, flexible and customerāfocused approach
Desirable:
- Postāgraduate training in Occupational Health or Ergonomics
- Full CSP membership
- Membership of ACPOHE
Hours
Part time ā 22.5 hours per week, worked across 3 days, 8am to 4pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
Location
On-site across two Portsmouth locations: PO1ā 2.5 days, PO3ā 0.5 day.
Salary & Benefits
Competitive salary, dependent on experience and qualifications. HCPC registration fees paid annually. Contributory pension scheme up to 6%.
