What You’ll Do
- Carry out occupational health assessments and provide expert advice to employees and employers
- Manage health cases including fitness-for-work, workplace adjustments, and return-to-work planning
- Conduct telephone and video consultations with clinical clarity and empathy
- Produce professional, actionable reports that help organisations thrive
- Work alongside HR teams, employers, and healthcare colleagues to support employee wellbeing
- Handle health surveillance escalations
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified OH Physician (DOccMed/MFOM/FFOM)
- Strong experience in occupational health, case management, workplace assessments, and health surveillance
- Excellent communicator who builds trusted relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proactive, organised, and solution-focused
- Knowledge of workplace health legislation (Equality Act, Health & Safety at Work Act)
