Summary: OH Medical is working in partnership with a growing Occupational Health provider to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Physician. This is a hybrid role offering a mix of clinical delivery, leadership and strategic input. You will act as a clinical lead, supporting wider teams while delivering high-quality Occupational Health services across a diverse client base.
Duties:
- Deliver case management, fitness-for-work assessments and medical advice
- Manage complex and escalated cases
- Act as clinical lead supporting OH Advisors and Technicians
- Conduct health surveillance and workplace assessments
- Advise on work‑related health issues and reasonable adjustments
- Support health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Liaise with clients and support service development
Criteria:
- GMC registered with a licence to practise
- Ideally MFOM / FFOM or a postgraduate qualification in Occupational Medicine
- Experience within Occupational Health (public or private sector)
- Strong case management and clinical decision‑making skills
- Knowledge of HSE guidance and employment law in OH
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Organised, proactive and confident working independently
