OH Medical is currently looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our client and their in‑house team in Liverpool. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Occupational Health & Wellbeing team. The role will involve a mixture of case management, health surveillance, screening and wellbeing activities, whilst working closely with HR, operational teams and wider stakeholders.
Duties
- Case management
- Health surveillance and screening
- Fitness for work assessments
- Health promotion and wellbeing support
- Provide Occupational Health advice to managers and employees
- Support workplace risk management
- Maintain accurate clinical records
- Work closely with HR, EHS and operational teams
- Support and supervise OH Technicians where required
Criteria
- Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification or relevant Occupational Health experience
- Experience delivering case management and health surveillance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
- Additional Health & Safety qualifications would be advantageous
Salary & Benefits
- Up to £47,500 per annum
- 25 days annual leave plus option to buy/sell additional leave
