OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an established Occupational Health service in Maidstone. This role will focus on signing off health surveillance across a varied client base spanning multiple industries. There is also the potential to increase working days with additional case management clinics for the right individual.
Duties:
- Review and sign off health surveillance across multiple client sites
- Deliver case management clinics (if additional days taken)
- Provide fitness-for-work advice and management reports
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
- Support a high-quality Occupational Health service
Criteria:
- Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
- Occupational Health qualification (Diploma/Degree)
- Competent in health surveillance and sign-off
- Experience in case management
- Strong communication and report-writing skills
- Able to work independently across multiple clients
The Opportunity:
This is a flexible role offering 2 days per week onsite, with the option to increase days through additional case management work. You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio with a manageable caseload of 5–6 cases per day, within a supportive and well-structured Occupational Health service.
