OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client on a permanent basis, covering three sites across Scotland and supporting approximately 800 employees. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work autonomously across multiple locations, with the majority of your time spent onsite and occasional home working for administrative duties.

Duties

  • Manage a low caseload of case management referrals.
  • Conduct health surveillance including:
  • Audiometry
  • Spirometry
  • Skin surveillance
  • Forklift medicals
  • Night shift and lone working medicals
  • Vaccinations
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards.
  • Work closely with HR and management to promote employee health and wellbeing.
  • Criteria

    • Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification or relevant experience.
    • Experience in case management and health surveillance.
    • Confident in conducting medical assessments and vaccinations.
    • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple sites.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
