OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client on a permanent basis, covering three sites across Scotland and supporting approximately 800 employees. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to work autonomously across multiple locations, with the majority of your time spent onsite and occasional home working for administrative duties.
Duties
- Manage a low caseload of case management referrals.
- Conduct health surveillance including:
- Audiometry
- Spirometry
- Skin surveillance
- Forklift medicals
- Night shift and lone working medicals
- Vaccinations
Criteria
- Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification or relevant experience.
- Experience in case management and health surveillance.
- Confident in conducting medical assessments and vaccinations.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage workload across multiple sites.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
