OH Medical is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our client, a UK-leading Occupational Health and Wellbeing provider, on a permanent basis. This role is home-based with travel into central London for face-to-face clinics, offering a varied mix of case management, immunisations, and health surveillance across a diverse client portfolio.

This is a great opportunity for an OHA who enjoys a blend of remote working and clinic-based delivery, supported by excellent training, development, and career progression pathways.

Duties
  • Deliver health surveillance, immunisations, and case management across multiple client contracts.
  • Conduct workplace assessments and report on potential health risks.
  • Complete pre-employment and fitness-for-work assessments.
  • Provide advice on a range of physical and mental health issues.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with NMC Code and company standards.
  • Travel to central London for face-to-face clinics (1–2 days per week).
Criteria
  • Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
  • Proven experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor.
  • Ability to travel to central London for onsite clinics.
  • Strong communication, autonomy, and organisational skills.
  • HAVS and health surveillance experience desirable (training can be provided).
  • Right to live and work in the UK is required.
Salary & Benefits

Up to £45,000 per annum (pro rata). 25 days annual leave +
