Salary: £24,000 – £30,000 per annum (dependent on skills & experience)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Mon–Fri (some shift work as required)

Duties
- Provide health assessments and health surveillance programmes for clients across the region
- Perform screening tests such as Spirometry, Audiometry, and blood pressure monitoring
- Conduct safety critical medicals (e.g. working at height, FLT)
- Deliver Health MOT checks and wellbeing advice
- Maintain and ensure safe use of health screening equipment and facilities
- Record and securely store clear, accurate medical records
- Drive mobile health screening units when required
- Work to strict clinical protocols and procedures
- Carry out evening/night assessments when necessary
- Observe workplace practices to better understand occupational demands
- Contribute to company culture and values, supporting the Innovate Purpose
Criteria
- Degree in Sports & Exercise Science, Sports Rehabilitation, Sports Therapy (or similar) OR relevant Occupational Health/healthcare experience
- Full manual driving licence, with flexibility for travel and overnight stays
- Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Organised, accurate, and able to prioritise in busy environments
- Independent, self-motivated, and adaptable to changing workloads
- Good IT skills across common software packages
- Passion for health, wellbeing, and contributing to a growing organisation
Salary & Benefits
