OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join an established Occupational Health service in Maidstone. This role will focus on signing off health surveillance across a varied client base spanning multiple industries. There is also the potential to increase working days with additional case management clinics for the right individual.

Duties

  • Review and sign off health surveillance across multiple client sites
  • Deliver case management clinics (if additional days taken)
  • Provide fitness-for-work advice and management reports
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
  • Support a high-quality Occupational Health service

Criteria

  • Registered Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Occupational Health qualification (Diploma/Degree)
  • Competent in health surveillance and sign-off
  • Experience in case management
  • Strong communication and report-writing skills
  • Able to work independently across multiple clients

The Opportunity

This is a flexible role offering 2 days per week onsite, with the option to increase days through additional case management work. You’ll work across a diverse client portfolio with a manageable caseload of 5–6 cases per day, within a supportive and well-structured Occupational Health service.
