At OH Medical, we’re partnering with a leading UK manufacturing organisation to recruit two Occupational Health Advisors to join their established in-house team in Dumbarton. These Occupational Health Advisor roles go beyond the day-to-day. You’ll play a key part in shaping workplace wellbeing strategy, supporting employees, and influencing business performance.
What you’ll be doing as an Occupational Health Advisor:
- Deliver case management, fitness for work advice and health surveillance
- Provide clear, evidence-based reports to support management decisions
- Lead on health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
- Maintain accurate and confidential OH records
Employee Support:
- Support absence management, including long-term absence and return to work plans
- Provide advice aligned with the Equality Act and workplace adjustments
- Conduct pre-employment and in-employment screening
