Hybrid Occupational Health Advisor – Dumbarton (2 Roles Available)

Salary: £43,000 – £52,000 DOE

Location: Kilmalid, Dumbarton

Hours: Full time - Flexi Working Available

Occupational Health Advisor roles with real influence! At OH Medical, we’re partnering with a leading UK manufacturing organisation to recruit two Occupational Health Advisors to join their established in-house team in Dumbarton. These Occupational Health Advisor roles go beyond the day-to-day. You’ll play a key part in shaping workplace wellbeing strategy, supporting employees, and influencing business performance.

What you’ll be doing as an Occupational Health Advisor:

  • Deliver case management, fitness for work advice and health surveillance
  • Provide clear, evidence-based reports to support management decisions
  • Lead on health promotion and wellbeing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate and confidential OH records

Employee Support:

  • Support absence management, including long-term absence and return to work plans
  • Provide advice aligned with the Equality Act and workplace adjustments
  • Conduct pre-employment and in-employment screening
