The Role
This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be supporting clients with all aspects of health and safety management. Every day will be different, from carrying out site audits to helping teams understand and apply H&S best practice.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and overseeing health and safety activities on client sites, including CDM responsibilities and issuing permits to work.
- Conducting and reviewing risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Providing clear, practical H&S advice and guidance across a range of industries.
- Keeping clients informed with regular updates, reports, and tailored recommendations.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who’s proactive, confident, and comfortable working on-site with clients.
You’ll need to have:
- A NEBOSH General and/or Construction Certificate (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a similar role, including managing CDM projects.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and contractors.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to different sites when needed.
