OH Medical is recruiting for an experienced Safety Risk professional who will work closely with operational teams, providing expert guidance to improve compliance, influence safety culture and drive continuous improvement across the organisation.
- Develop, review and maintain health and safety policies and standards.
- Lead the management of safe driving risks and other business risk categories.
- Monitor compliance through audits, inspections and assurance activities.
- Investigate incidents, complete root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Analyse safety performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
