Location: Govan & Scotstoun, Scotland
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 4:45pm
Friday: 8:00am – 12:30pm
The Role
You’ll be working directly with employees across two sites, helping to prevent injury, restore function, and keep people healthy and productive at work. No two days look the same here, expect a mix of hands‑on clinical work, workplace assessments, and wellbeing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Delivering MSK assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
- Supporting rehabilitation and return to work programmes
- Producing fitness for work reports with clear recommendations
- Conducting DSE assessments and advising on workplace adjustments (training provided)
- Identifying workplace risks contributing to MSK issues (training provided)
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and contributing to reporting data
- Supporting health promotion and wellbeing initiatives onsite
- Collaborating with a wider occupational health team
What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in Physios who are motivated, adaptable, and keen to make an impact:
Essential
- Degree in Physiotherapy (BSc or MSc)
- HCPC registered
- Experience in MSK (or strong interest for newly qualified candidates)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in an onsite environment
- Confident IT skills
Applicants must possess current, unrestricted authorisation to work in the UK without employer sponsorship.
Desirable
- Experience in occupational health or workplace ergonomics
- CSP and/or ACPOHE membership
Salary & Benefits
- £38,000 – £42,000 for experienced Physiotherapists
- From £32,000 for graduates (with structured training programme)
