We’re looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) Occupational Health Advisor to provide expert OH support across a dynamic workforce. This is your chance to make a real difference to employee health, wellbeing, and safety.

Your day-to-day:
- Assess employees’ fitness for work & provide expert OH advice
- Manage sickness absence referrals and complex health cases
- Deliver health screening, surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives
- Support OH policy development and continuous improvement
- Deputise for the Senior OH Advisor when required
What we need from you:
- RN with OH qualification (or willingness to study)
- Experience in occupational health & case management
- Strong communication & report writing skills
- Knowledge of Equality Act 2010 & workplace health legislation
- Collaborative, flexible, and proactive
