About the Company
We are working with a well-established Tier 1 scaffolding and temporary structures contractor, delivering high-profile projects across Central London for leading main contractors.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Taking full ownership of Health & Safety across multiple live projects and operational teams
- Being visible and present on sites, working closely with directors, contract managers, and site teams
- Maintaining and developing a positive safety culture, while introducing new ideas and improvements
- Overseeing compliance, inspections, audits, and continual improvement initiatives
What You’ll Need
- NEBOSH General Certificate (NEBOSH Construction/NEBOSH Diploma is a strong advantage)
- Proven Health & Safety experience within scaffolding, temporary works, or similar high-risk environments
- Confidence to operate autonomously and influence at senior and operational levels
- A proactive, people-focused approach to behavioural and cultural change
