Duties
- Carry out Health Screening and Health Surveillance activities.
- Manage Occupational Health appointment diaries.
- Enter and manage recall appointments.
- Liaise with internal line managers to arrange employee appointments.
- Send reports and upload documentation to the patient management system.
- Promote Occupational Health services across the site.
- Maintain accurate Occupational Health records.
- Provide general administrative support to the Occupational Health team.
Criteria
- Previous Occupational Health Technician experience is essential.
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees and managers.
- Able to recognise and respond sensitively to cultural and social diversity.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering a high-quality service.
- Flexible with working days and start and finish times to meet service requirements.
Salary & Benefits
- £28,000 per annum.
