Occupational Health Advisor – Coventry (Hybrid Case Management) £42,000 – £45,000 FTE + Flexibility + Proper Work-Life Balance Coventry (1 day onsite every 2 weeks + homebased working) Full-time or Part-time (minimum 3 days)

OH Medical is partnering with a leading Occupational Health provider to recruit an Occupational Health Advisor for a hybrid case management role covering Coventry. If you enjoy case management but also want flexibility, autonomy, and time to actually do the job properly… this is one to look at.

The Role

  • Delivering high-quality, thoughtful case management while being supported to develop and grow.
  • Managing a varied caseload of sickness absence referrals.
  • Conducting consultations and producing clear, evidence-based reports.
  • Providing practical, balanced advice to both employees and managers.
  • Building strong working relationships with clients.
  • Working closely with clinical trainers and your line manager to develop your skills.

No two days are the same, but the structure and support behind you make all the difference.

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re an experienced OHA who enjoys the detail of case management and knows how to balance clinical judgement with commercial awareness.
  • NMC Registered Nurse (ideally Part 3).
  • Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health.
  • Degree-level education.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise effectively.
  • Comfortable working independently in a home-based setting.

The Setup

  • Hybrid working – primarily homebased.
  • Just 1 onsite day every 2 weeks in Coventry.
