Health & Safety Recruitment Consultant £25,000 – £30,000 basic salary + easily achievable additional £25,000 – £40,000 OTE bonus on top of basic! Uncapped commission – earn beyond OTE with no limits. OH Medical is a specialist Occupational Health and Health & Safety recruitment consultancy, partnering with organisations across the UK to deliver high-quality, compliant recruitment solutions. As our growth continues to build momentum, we’re looking for a commercially driven Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of and expand our Health & Safety desk. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, building long-term relationships, and becoming a recognised specialist in their market.
The Role
- Developing new client relationships within the Health & Safety / HSE market
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Managing and growing existing client accounts
- Delivering both permanent and contract recruitment solutions
- Building strong candidate pipelines through networking, headhunting, and referrals
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients on market trends, salaries, and hiring strategy
- Working closely with the leadership team to support wider business growth
What We’re Looking For
- Recruitment experience, ideally within Health & Safety, Occupational Health, or a related technical market
- Strong sales and business development mindset
- Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable managing your own desk
- Ambition to grow within a specialist consultancy environment
