Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

OH Medical is recruiting four Senior Occupational Health Advisor roles, one at each location: Oxford, Swindon, Birmingham and Chichester. Each role is site‑based and offers the opportunity to work with a high‑profile automotive client, delivering a consistent, high‑quality Occupational Health service. These positions are ideal for experienced OH professionals looking to step into a senior clinical role with scope for progression.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the full Senior Occupational Health Advisor remit at your allocated site
  • Undertake health surveillance and ensure regulatory and clinical compliance
  • Provide high‑quality case management and evidence‑based Occupational Health advice
  • Work closely with operational and client stakeholders to meet service requirements
  • Support consistent Occupational Health service delivery across the contract
  • Engage confidently with line managers, HR teams and employees
  • Travel to other client sites on an ad hoc basis where required
About You
  • Registration as a Registered Adult Nurse with current NMC registration
  • A recognised Occupational Health qualification (essential)
  • HAVS training and experience delivering health surveillance programmes
  • Strong Occupational Health case management experience
  • Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Confidence managing workload within a Senior Occupational Health Advisor role
  • Good IT skills and a proactive, solution‑focused approach
