The Role

Based from an office in Belfast, you’ll travel across multiple sites throughout Northern Ireland, delivering a comprehensive occupational health service. You’ll manage your own caseload, carry out health assessments, and work closely with key stakeholders to support employee health, safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver occupational health assessments and health surveillance
  • Provide case management and fitness-for-work advice
  • Conduct screening and monitoring (e.g. audiometry, spirometry, HAVS where required)
  • Support wellbeing initiatives and vaccination programmes
  • Work collaboratively with HR and management teams
  • Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with professional standards

About You

  • Registered Nurse with an Occupational Health qualification preferred, but prior experience in OH Screening and Surveillance is essential
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel across multiple sites
