OH Medical is proud to be working in partnership with an in-house Occupational Health service based in Durham, currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join their team on a permanent, part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and forward-thinking service committed to promoting and maintaining the highest standards of employee health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a professional, confidential, and comprehensive Occupational Health service to all staff.
  • Conduct health assessments and statutory health surveillance to determine fitness for role and support needs.
  • Manage case referrals to support employee recovery and return to work.
  • Monitor and review employee health following sickness absence, injury, or exposure to workplace hazards.
  • Support health promotion initiatives and contribute to proactive wellbeing strategies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Registered Nurse with relevant OH qualifications or experience in a similar Occupational Health Advisor role.
  • Strong case management and clinical assessment skills.
  • Commitment to upholding confidentiality and supporting staff wellbeing across the organisation.
