OH Medical is currently seeking an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join a forward-thinking Occupational Health Provider in either a full-time permanent or temporary role. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the client site in Berkenhead, delivering high-quality clinical occupational health services in a supportive and professional environment.

The Role:

This position is ideal for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor, keen to make a difference by providing exceptional occupational health support. Your duties will include:

  • Undertake health surveillance, fitness-to-work medicals, vaccinations, phlebotomy, and other clinical assessments.
  • Manage complex case referrals and provide expert occupational health advice to clients.
  • Support employee wellbeing through health promotion and education initiatives.
  • Act as an ambassador for occupational health services, attending and hosting wellness events where required.
  • Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary OH team to deliver services to clients.
  • Maintain high clinical standards, adhering to company policies, procedures, and the NMC Code of Conduct.
  • Support with training and mentoring of new team members.

Required Skills & Experience:

To be the successful Occupational Health Advisor candidate, you will have:

  • Occupational Health degree/diploma or equivalent.
  • Active NMC registration.
  • Demonstrable experience in occupational health services, including health surveillance, vaccinations, medical assessments, and case management.
  • Experience hosting or presenting at health and wellness events.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Competent IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Perm Salary & Benefits:

In return for your expertise as the Occupational Health Advisor, you will receive:
