Location: London (E1) 🖥 Hybrid working as standard: 2 days a week in the office, the other 3 days remote (or office if you prefer).

- Like all scale-ups it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster journey, but we’re now stronger than ever, with around 3,000 letting agents using the platform, exciting and varied products and 350+ Goodlordians across the group supporting the mission!
The Opportunity:
- Own and optimise Salesforce and key business systems across Sales, Marketing, Support and Finance.
- Partner with stakeholders to improve operational processes and deliver scalable system solutions.
- Drive automation and AI-powered efficiencies using Salesforce’s latest AI capabilities to improve workflows and business performance.
- Work in a fast-paced scale-up environment where you can influence strategy, solve real business problems and make a visible impact.
What we need from you:
- Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud administration, configuration and automation experience.
- Experience identifying opportunities to use AI and automation to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to gather requirements, map processes and translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with experience managing integrations, working cross-functionally and thriving in a changing environment.
