About the Role A historic members' club is seeking an experienced, highly organised and professional Club Secretary to lead the day-to-day administration and operational management of the Club. Reporting directly to the Chairman, Board and Executive Committee, the Club Secretary is the senior operational employee of the Club, responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the Club's administration, governance support, staff coordination, compliance, systems and operational delivery. This is a varied leadership role requiring excellent organisational skills, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and integrity. Whilst the role carries significant operational responsibility, it does not include independent governance or policy-making authority. Key Responsibilities: Governance
