WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Take full ownership of production planning and scheduling
  • Manage sales orders, works orders, purchase orders and delivery schedules
  • Liaise directly with customers to manage orders, priorities and delivery commitments
  • Manage purchasing and supplier relationships
  • Work closely with production and warehouse teams to hit on-time delivery targets
  • Identify and implement process improvements across supply chain and customer service
  • Support and develop the team around you as the function grows

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Essential:

  • Proven experience in planning, purchasing and customer liaison within a manufacturing or operational environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP or MRP systems
  • A track record of managing delivery schedules and supplier relationships
  • Confident communicating with customers, suppliers and internal teams at all levels

Useful, not essential:

  • Experience leading or developing a small team
  • Exposure to process improvement or systems change projects

Hours: 8:00-16:30 Monday to Thursday, 8:00-14:00 Friday
