Overview
The Immigration Program Analyst will be responsible for the overall delivery of all immigration services for the Austin team. The Immigration Program Analyst will be responsible for keeping abreast and incorporating the latest technology advancements and best practices used in the Immigration Practice. The Program Analyst will also be a key contributor to larger immigration practice projects, including data governance.
Responsibilities
Service Delivery
- Analyse current internal operating procedures, make recommendations, and execute projects. Status and SLA Reporting: Monitor regular caseload reports, stats reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with individual contributors to prioritise matters internally and ensure that we meet/exceed service level agreements.
- Utilize legal and other project management tools and processes to plan and execute delivery of key client projects.
- Communicate project plans and timelines and assign tasks and monitor execution and milestones accordingly.
- Monitor individual contributor compliance with firm best practices regarding data governance and provide direction as appropriate. Evangelise technology use and best practices and identify, plan, and execute projects relating to continual improvement, working with various cross-functional teams within the firm, including Data Analysts,
Knowledge Management, and IT.
- Collaborate in onboarding individual contributors and provide regular communication and training relating data governance, technology usage, and process improvements. Continually improve user interface for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify improvement and innovation opportunities and serve as liaison internally within the firm to improve and execute best practices and technology improvements.

- Understands and is a role model for compliance with firm processes; has an in-depth understanding of the Immigration Practice workflows and wider Belfast office processes.
- Understands their own role and importance of delivering on responsibilities; drives own technical and skills development, keeps abreast of best practice in own area of expertise.
- Seeks out or creates opportunities to share and demonstrate knowledge and skills with the wider staff; delivers training/creates learning materials on client-specific and other processes and procedures when appropriate.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree/Underlying technical degree desired and/or equivalent combination of relevant skills and experience.
- Strong program/project management skills to support the delivery of a global program.
- Strong and pro-active planning and delivery focus. Ability to work on own initiative and to deadlines.
- Excellent client service skills gained in a busy, deadline-driven environment with a commitment to understanding our clients, identifying and empathising with their specific needs.
- Stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to build relationships and communicate at all levels of the business, both verbally and in writing
- Strong knowledge and skills related to U.S immigration process, Document Management Systems & workflow tools.
