Role Overview

The role of Internal Sales Executive will be focused on arranging appointments for our External Software Consultants with prospective customers from our CRM database. Working alongside our highly experienced Internal Sales Team, you will use your skills and experience to engage potential prospects and match their needs to the benefits of our ERP software, Profit4. You will often be the first point of contact with these potential prospects so creating that first great impression is important. The role will follow a clearly defined career path giving you the opportunity to progress in your sales career, if you wish.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and secure meetings for our External Sales Consultants
  • Obtain and record key information about prospects promptly and with a high degree of accuracy on our CRM
  • Achieve qualification targets and data accuracy KPIs
  • Participate in sales training and conversation coaching
  • Participate in product training to build knowledge of Profit4
  • Carry out all related administrative tasks

Qualifications

  • Experience of outbound calling in a high volume, targeted role
  • A professional and engaging telephone manner
  • Ability to interact confidently with potential prospects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team, with a common goal
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and behaviour
  • Ability to manage own workload to meet KPIs and targets
  • Sales experience in the software supply industry
