As an Influence Manager, you are the driving force behind our campaigns playing a central role in delivering our influence marketing proposition across a range of clients and sectors. You will manage your workload autonomously, taking full responsibility for the quality and end-to-end execution of multiple influencer programs. In this role, you will act as a role model for Ogilvy\’s values, building trusted client relationships and communicating effectively across internal teams.
You will be accountable for resolving problems on your projects, managing timelines, and proactively communicating your status to senior leadership. A key part of your role will be to support the growth of junior team members by providing constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and acting as an informal mentor. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a passion for the industry and a proven ability to lead projects with confidence and a positive attitude.
