The Role

As the Account Manager (Integrated, Social‑first), you will support the delivery of large‑scale, integrated campaigns for a consumer tech brand within a collaborative WPP inter‑agency model.

You will coordinate work across brand, influence, content and paid media touchpoints to ensure smooth and effective campaign delivery.

Your responsibilities include managing day‑to‑day campaign workstreams, keeping delivery organised, creating and maintaining content ecosystems and assets, coordinating talent and creator partnerships, and ensuring all activity is culturally relevant, platform‑native and aligned with campaign objectives.

The role requires a highly organised, detail‑oriented, proactive account manager comfortable with fast‑paced, multi‑workstream environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients, acting as their go‑to person for updates, problem‑solving and advice.
  • Ensure work aligns with client strategy and objectives, pushing for creative excellence and facilitating collaboration across creatives, strategists and producers.
  • Manage project budgets, track spending and flag potential issues in collaboration with finance.
  • Take ownership of developing small to medium scope proposals and fees, agreeing overall timings and resource allocation with the Project Director.
  • Tailor processes to each project, delivering high‑quality outcomes despite changing priorities.
  • Set up projects across key platforms (Wrike & Workday), organise kick‑off meetings and align key internal stakeholders.
  • Assess project performance, identify improvement areas and seek feedback to refine approaches.
  • Tackle challenges head‑on, delivering innovative solutions that keep projects on track.
  • Question and challenge strategies to ensure depth, alignment with client goals and creativity beyond “good enough.”
