The Role
We’re in search of an experienced and adept Account Manager used to managing integrated projects within our forward-thinking agency. The core focus will involve liaison with our US and UK based clients to understand the nature of the ask and manage the brief, build out the scope of the project, oversee the development of materials and get involved the strategy research, development of messaging houses, creative production and all other aspects needed to deliver first class work. With a substantial background in client and project management, with experience understanding complex B2B environments and storytelling, your pivotal responsibility will entail ensuring the flawless execution of projects, starting from initial client briefings to delivering final assets.
Leveraging your extensive expertise, you\’ll navigate intricate project landscapes skilfully, offering astute guidance to cross-functional teams for meticulous adherence to project milestones. Your experience managing multiple clients and senior stakeholders\’ client-side will ensure quality client servicing is always delivered, no matter the roadblocks you face. Your proficiency in resource alignment, whether fostering collaboration among creative minds, coordinating technical specialists, or working closely with third-party providers, will foster an environment conducive to translating ideas into tangible results. Your strategic insight and dependable judgment will propel projects seamlessly, adapting to evolving needs and unforeseen challenges while consistently aligning with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficient Coordination: Act as the linchpin between different agency departments, clients and stakeholders, synchronising resources and feedback effectively for optimal project execution.
- Holistic Project Oversight: Supervise the seamless execution of integrated projects ensuring impeccable completion.
- Industry Awareness and B2B expertise: Stay abreast of industry news and views, ensuring you\’re aware of industry challenges and opportunities in discussions with clients and senior stakeholders – so that our team can be a seamless extension of theirs.
- Proficient Project Management: Exhibit expertise in managing project setup, scoping, budgeting, and resource coordination while comprehensively grasping the client\’s business model.
- Relationship Building: Foster robust internal relationships with project teams, the commercial division, and the PM team, and proactively address resource allocation concerns and meticulously monitor project finances. Also focus on long-term relationship building with client contacts from Marketing Executive to C-Suite level, to foster organic account growth.
- Risk Management and Collaboration: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, ensuring smooth delivery by deftly collaborating with multi-agency teams.
Requirements
- Stakeholder Management Skills: Strong proficiency in managing diverse stakeholders, including clients, team members, senior management, and external partners. Skills in establishing and maintaining effective relationships pivotal for project success and client satisfaction.
- Decision-Making: Demonstrate the ability to manage crises efficiently and make well-informed decisions under pressure, sustaining project momentum while adeptly handling unforeseen challenges.
- Strategic: Demonstrate expertise in how to generate insight and understanding around complex topics using research skills and tools, and then using this research to bring your point of view to our strategy and creative teams – we want you to be confident and well enough informed to contribute to the direction of projects.
- Familiarity with Project Management Systems: Practical experience using various project management software and platforms. Competence in utilising similar tools for efficient project planning, task allocation, progress monitoring, and team collaboration.
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement: Focus on implementing and refining quality assurance methodologies within project delivery processes. Establish protocols for ongoing review and enhancement of project outcomes and workflows.
