About the Role

An Account Executive provides the solid and essential foundations of the team. Keeping projects on track, fostering enduring and robust relationships with junior clients and internal agency team to make sure every detail is considered from briefing to final execution – you’re the glue that holds the internal team together.

The go‑to person for both Client and Agency when it comes to co‑ordination, and a master of the little things that make all the difference. You’ll need to be switched on, full of energy, keen to learn and obsessed with great work.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the client and competitor expert – become the fountain of all knowledge on client mandatories and regulations, be on the lookout for information, articles and new work relating to the clients, the category or the competition.
  • Be the go‑to for Junior clients – helping to maintain and strengthen relationships at that level.
  • Be opinionated about the creative – bring your own unique perspective on work to creative reviews, share creative you think is good/interesting with the team, offer ideas on how to work more effectively.
  • Be commercial – work closely with finance team to ensure all day‑to‑day account and project finance is managed smoothly.
  • Be the main support for your team – be organised and proactive in thinking about how you can assist internal teams and clients to keep everything running smoothly and to set the right conditions for great work to thrive.
  • Be organised – ensure guard books, client server files and brand guidelines are kept up to date; own client status meetings and reports – ensuring actions are met; attend meetings and capture notes and clear next steps; support on prepping creative presentations and sense check work with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be collaborative – develop great working relationships with all teams internally; support delivery by managing internal reviews & approvals, setting up projects and defining small scopes.
  • Be curious – get to know the craft of advertising, actively read industry press to develop your own sense of what good looks like, ask questions and actively seek out new learning opportunities.
  • Be an Operational Steward: As the team's operational linchpin, you drive daily operations, uphold processes, and maintain alignment for smooth project execution.

What You’ll Need

  • 2+ years working in an agency environment.
  • Experience working on social and integrated campaigns.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • A collaborative approach – to enable you to work closely with creatives, strategists, producers, and clients to bring campaigns to life.
  • A natural communicator.
  • A love of brands, storytelling and creativity.
