- Connect social KPIs to broader digital and business metrics
- Data & Tools
- Extract and manipulate data using SQL and Python or R
- Work with influencer and social platforms (e.g. Traackr, CreatorIQ, social listening tools, native platform analytics)
- Build intuitive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Ensure analytical outputs are accurate, scalable and decision-ready
- Client & Collaboration
- Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives
- Present insights to internal teams and client stakeholders
- Partner with strategy, creative, media and influencer teams to embed data into planning
About You:
- 3–5 years’ experience in analytics (agency, consultancy, media, social or digital preferred)
- Strong grounding in statistical analysis and experimental thinking
- Confident in Traackr
- Experience building dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of social platforms, influencer marketing and digital KPIs
- Comfortable presenting insights to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have:
- Experience with incrementality testing or attribution
- Exposure to cloud data environments (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake)

- Direct exposure to senior client stakeholders
- Genuine ownership of analytical workstreams
- Opportunity to shape next-generation social measurement
