About the Role
Are you an experienced Account Manager or Senior Account Manager ready to step into a new role, leading a significant workstream on a high-priority, rapidly expanding account? We're seeking a strategic and proactive individual to join our Medical Education team and drive key initiatives within a critical therapy area. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a substantial account, contributing to its continued growth and potential expansion into broader communications.
What You'll Do
- High-Value Accounts: Managing established, long-standing partnerships with significant strategic importance, as well as driving growth on exciting newly won business.
- Diverse Project Scope: Overseeing a wide range of projects from global congresses and strategic advisory boards to innovative digital initiatives and global medical community programs.
- Therapy Area Focus: Working across vital therapy areas contributing to impactful scientific communication.
- Strategic Leadership: Playing a pivotal role in account strategy, client relationship management, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.

What You'll Need
We are looking for someone who understands and implements a proactive, clientāfocused approach at all times and who sets the standard as a positive role model for more junior members of the team to follow. You will need to be able to apply consistently high standards, tailor your style according to the audience, present confidently and be able to develop and build relationships with clients and offer strategic counsel and guidance.
A track record of Account success is key: You'll be able to demonstrate how you've driven results and exceeded client expectations in your previous role within a medical comms or medical agency. Success in project management and delivery across a variety of medical education projects, as well as financial management. You're organised, proactive, and deadline driven, a master of time management, able to balance multiple priorities while exceeding expectations where you can. You apply your Regulatory expertise and can confidently navigate the intricacies of pharma regulations, ensuring all activities are compliant and strategically sound. Desire to grow and develop our business as well as personally within the role; challenge the status quo and be part of developing new creative approaches and solutions to both our client's problems and our internal priorities.
