  • Commercial & Financial Acumen: Understand the commercial context of your business areas, linking HR initiatives directly to business value drivers and managing HR-related budgets.
  • Employee Engagement & Experience: Drive initiatives for a positive, inclusive culture, acting as a trusted advisor on HR matters, facilitating feedback, and ensuring compliance.

What You'll Bring

  • Strategic HR Experience: Significant proven experience as a People Partner in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally within a creative agency or similar industry, with a track record of driving business impact through people strategy.
  • Commercial and Financial Literacy: Proven ability to understand P&Ls, budgets, value drivers, and credibly discuss margin, revenue, productivity, and growth strategy with senior leaders.
  • Leadership, Coaching & Consulting Skills: A credible peer to senior leaders, adept at framing complex problems, contracting work, and delivering constructive feedback.
  • Change & Communication: Expertise in leading organisational change initiatives, crafting compelling narratives, and gaining leadership buy-in.
