We're looking for a visionary Account Director to create culturally resonant, high-impact consumer PR campaigns that don’t just get noticed, they become part of the zeitgeist. You’ll masterfully manage partnerships with third parties, and ensure every piece of work meets and exceeds the highest quality and client expectations. Acting as a pivotal liaison, you’ll perfectly align client objectives with our internal creative powerhouses.
- Inspire & Lead: Mentor a team to develop and execute breakthrough, earned first PR & Influence campaigns.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling narratives and assets that resonate with target audiences.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, leveraging data and analytics to optimize results and demonstrate ROI.
- Budget Management: Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- New Business: Support new business efforts, participating in pitches and developing compelling proposals.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis management plans to protect client reputation.
- Media Relations: Maintain strong media contacts across a range of national, regional & consumer lifestyle titles and be confident in outreaching to said contacts to garner feedback or pitch stories.
Extensive experience in consumer PR and influence, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns. Share and use media knowledge to guide clients on what you believe is the best for their brand. Deep understanding of consumer behaviour and ability to develop creative strategies that resonate with target audiences. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Data-driven mindset and analytical skills. Experience in crisis management.
