- Implementing campaigns across relevant channels
- Overseeing delivery and ensuring quality
- Reporting on performance against agreed KPIs
- Maintain and update the influencer database to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Serve as the first point of escalation for your projects, resolving day-to-day problems independently, consulting with stakeholders as needed and escalating to senior leadership when appropriate
- Strategic Contribution
- Actively contribute to influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, and creative concepts.
- Confidently present creative solutions and campaign reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships to help deliver the influencer program for clients.

- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, managing expectations, providing timely updates, and offering advice and solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering work that meets objectives and deadlines, and taking responsibility for the quality of all client outputs.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate effectively across internal teams (media, PR, social), proactively sharing updates and coordinating timelines to ensure smooth handovers and integrated campaign success.
- Share updates proactively, coordinate timelines, and resolve potential blockers before they impact delivery.
- Prioritise tasks across projects and keep senior leadership informed about status and deadlines.
- Resource Management
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and on schedule.
- Proactively communicate about workload and capacity to your line manager.
- Team Growth & Mentorship
- Support the growth of junior team members by providing constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and acting as an informal mentor to aid their growth and development.

- Strategic Development: Move from contributing to strategy to leading the strategic design for small-to-mid-size accounts, defining industry-leading approaches.
- Commercial Acumen: Understand account profitability, identify opportunities for organic growth within clients, and contribute to new business pitches.
