The Role
As an Influence Manager at our agency, you will be an essential part of our influencer proposition, covering the full range of influencer work. Your strategic thinking and creativity will help develop best-in-class ongoing influencer programs for our diverse range of clients, integrating them into the overall strategy for owned, earned, and paid channels. You will work in hybrid teams across clients to understand earned media approaches that benefit creative strategy and client results. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification, vetting, negotiation and implementation to overseeing and reporting. You will manage the influencer database, stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver campaigns.
We are looking for a self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious individual with a positive \\\”can-do\\\” attitude who understands the power and flexibility of influencer campaigns to achieve brand objectives. You should have proven experience in integrating digital and social media into campaign activity and building productive stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Account Director and Business Director to develop the client portfolio and increase market share through the influencer strategy
- Contribute to the Influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, action plans, calendars, and budgets
- Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships to deliver influencer programs
- Manage day-to-day running of influencer campaigns, from identification and implementation to overseeing and reporting
- Maintain and build client relationships, selling in ideas and content streams in quick turnaround and high-pressure situations
- Present creative and sell content solutions to internal stakeholders and clients
- Build client trust to deliver results and grow the influencer portfolio
- Manage influencer posting across the year, ensuring regulatory compliance, strong brand sentiment, and brand advocacy
- Develop campaigns, oversee day-to-day operations, keep admin up to date, and report on data throughout the campaign lifecycle
General Responsibilities
- Manage influencer and agent relationships and source relevant influencers
- Stay up-to-date with cultural/social trends and customer attitudes
- Assist in promoting our influencer offering across the business
- Support additional projects such as market reviews and competitive trends
- Minimum two years’ experience in influencer marketing
- Self-motivated, action-oriented, and ambitious with a positive attitude
- Strong interest in social trends and the ability to track insights using tools such as Microsoft Excel
Requirements
- Ideally experience in tech, lifestyle, or similar categories; personal interest in these industries is essential
- Experience with influencer marketing software is preferred
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing trends and social media platforms
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills
- Experience in a fast-paced agency environment
- Proven ability to build productive relationships and manage key stakeholders
- Creative outlook with ability to maximize project potential and leverage new industry developments
- Proven experience integrating digital and social media into campaign activity
