We are seeking a dynamic and trend-savvy Influencer Executive to join our team dedicated to a large beauty brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful influencer marketing campaigns that align with the client's brand objectives. The Influence Executive plays a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and sales through influencer partnerships and social media collaborations. This person will identify, manage, and nurture relationships with beauty influencers, content creators, and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to create authentic, on-brand content that resonates with target audiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit beauty influencers and content creators aligned with the brand’s image and values.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns — from outreach and negotiation to content approval and performance analysis.
- Develop creative briefs and ensure influencer content aligns with brand messaging, tone, and visual guidelines.
- Coordinate product seeding initiatives and track delivery, posting, and engagement results.
- Maintain an influencer database and track campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Collaborate with the social brand teams to amplify influencer paid and seeding campaigns.
- Support product launches, events, and activations through influencer partnerships and user-generated content.
- Monitor trends, competitor activities, and viral moments in the beauty and influencer space to inform strategy.
- Cultivate long-term partnerships with top-tier and emerging beauty influencers.
- Attend beauty industry events, influencer meet-ups and launches.
- Support brand ambassador programs and collaborations with creators.
- Analyze influencer campaign data to measure effectiveness and report key insights to management.
- Optimize future campaigns based on learnings and data-driven insights.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, PR, or digital marketing (beauty industry preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest) and beauty content trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for beauty aesthetics, content trends, and storytelling.
- Proficiency with influencer management tools (e.g., Traackr) and social analytics platforms.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and cosmetics.
- Familiarity with both mass-market and luxury beauty sectors.
- Experience working with both paid and organic influencer programs.
