We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to join our growing remote team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display and YouTube.
  • Monitor campaign performance and improve ROAS, CPA and conversion rates.
  • Set up and maintain conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare performance reports and provide strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Google Ads experience.
  • Strong understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience managing advertising budgets of £5,000+ per month.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
