Location: While highly flexible and open to remote talent, we ideally want someone who can join our London office at least two days a week. Remote candidates are encouraged to apply.

We are INGO, a creative boutique within Ogilvy’s global network, seeking a highly organised, proactive, and strategically‑mindful Freelance Executive Assistant & Project Coordinator to support our Chief Commercial Officer, Global Client Lead, and Chief Delivery Officer (EMEA) and broader leadership team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic assistance to senior leadership, managing complex calendars, communications, and presentations.
  • Coordinate international travel itineraries, expenses, and logistics for our CCO and other team members across multiple European hubs.
  • Act as a liaison between our European offices (Stockholm, Amsterdam, Zurich, Hamburg, Frankfurt, London) to foster collaboration.
  • Lead project management of key client initiatives, ensuring deadlines, resources, and communications are aligned.

  • Experienced EA supporting C‑suite or senior global leaders, demonstrating discretion and calm under pressure.
  • Exceptional organisational and logistics skills, especially for international travel and expense management.
  • Strong communicator, building relationships across diverse international teams.
  • Project‑management capabilities, able to drive initiatives independently.
  • Proactive, resourceful, anticipates needs, solves problems before they arise.
