About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with media strategists, creatives, analysts, and client services to deliver campaigns that are data-driven and brand-consistent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and management of paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare client reports with actionable insights
  • Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure campaign alignment with brand and business goals
  • Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging trends in digital advertising

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing (agency experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into meaningful insights
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities
  • Must be based in the UK with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
