We are looking for a creative problem-solver with a passion for the industry and a proven ability to lead projects with confidence and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Manage the day-to-day running of multiple social and influencer campaigns from start to finish, including identifying and vetting talent, negotiating contracts and fees, implementing campaigns across relevant channels, overseeing delivery and ensuring quality, and reporting on performance against agreed KPIs.
- Maintain and update the creator and influencer database to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Serve as the first point of escalation for projects, resolving day-to-day problems independently by consulting with stakeholders and escalating to senior leadership only when appropriate.
Strategic Contribution
- Actively contribute to social & influencer strategy by recommending objectives, targets, and creative concepts. Confidently present creative solutions and campaign reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and nurture client-appropriate talent opportunities and relationships to help deliver the social & influencer programs for clients.
Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, managing expectations, providing timely updates, and offering advice and solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships by delivering work that meets objectives and deadlines, taking responsibility for the quality of all client outputs within your remit.
- Communicate effectively across internal teams (media, PR, data & insights), proactively sharing updates and coordinating timelines to ensure smooth handovers and integrated campaign success.
- Share updates proactively, coordinate timelines, and resolve potential blockers before they impact delivery.
- Effectively prioritise tasks across all projects, proactively communicating status to senior leadership and ensuring work is on track.
Resource Management
- Manage campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered profitably and on schedule. Proactively communicate about workload and capacity to your line manager.
- Support the growth of junior team members by providing constructive feedback, sharing knowledge, and mentoring to aid their development.

- Proven experience in autonomously managing multiple campaigns from start to finish, including budget and timeline management.
- A track record of building strong client relationships and proactively managing expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions and escalate appropriately.
- Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to facilitate meetings and collaborate across teams.
